Qigong is considered one of the four pillars of Chinese medicine, the others being acupuncture, massage and herbs. It has been practised for thousands of years and its benefits are supported by scientific research.

Through the practice of gentle flowing movements, Qigong enhances the flow of energy throughout the body and internal organs, helping to restore order and balance.

Qigong increases our energy and improves our health.
People who practice it regularly report fewer illnesses and reduced blood pressure. Those recovering from depression, stress and cancer speak of better sleep and emotional well being.

Sports people find it helps to enhance their performance, builds up strength and power in the legs and improves mental alertness, focus and concentration.
